Where can I buy The Hanger Valet?

The Hanger Valet can be purchased from the company website. On occasion we will sell direct to consumer at pop up shops. Be sure to follow us on Instagram and Facebook for where to find us at those events.

How long will it take to ship my order?

We move quick with orders. But please allow 2-5 business days for order processing and 1 - 3 days for shipping. 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship in the United States. 

How do you ship?

We ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

What is your return or exchange policy?

We want you to be thrilled with our products. Should it not fit your needs, you may return the product, unopened, within 14 days of the shipping date. Refunds will be processed for the price the item was sold less shipping and handling.

Our shipping policy at this time does not extend refunds if items are not returned within the 14 day from shipping date time frame.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received. 

If you experience a defect from your product within one year of purchase, please contact us to fix the problem. 

Refunds are not extended for excessive wear and tear or if the product was not cleaned based on our Care & Cleaning recommendations.

How do I care for my Hanger Valet? 

The Hanger Valet is composed of a poly cotton twill blend and vinyl plastic sheeting.

Should your Hanger Valet become soiled, we suggest first spot cleaning. If additional cleaning is required, The Hanger Valet can be machine washed in cold water, no bleach and hung dry. 

If your Hanger Valet get wrinkled, we recommend ironing by placing a towel between the product and the iron and using a low heat setting to remove wrinkles.

Can I buy a gift card?

At this time we do not offer gift cards.
